You enter the apartment through a charming little alleyway, and go up a flight of stairs. You need
only exit your front door and you are immersed in village life.
This beautiful and spacious apartment has been recently renovated with all modern amenities and appointed with lovely Tuscan furniture and antiques. The spacious kitchen adjoins a large living and dining area. It has a washing machine and satellite TV. The living area looks out over Via Benedetti
and the Piazza. It is a treat to have such a wonderful view of all the comings and goings of daily life
in the center of town.
The apartment is spread out over 2 levels, the living area on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms upstairs. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a double sleeper sofa which can accommodate
1 adult or 2 small children. There is a beautiful modern bathroom with an ample sized bathtub.
Casa Benedetti is ideal for 4–5 people and will be a wonderful, relaxing home from which to base
yourself during your stay in Cortona.
